Career Development

Career Development is one of ECSSEN Career School’s main programs. We strive to give adult newcomers the necessary skills and opportunities in order to contribute meaningfully to Canadian society. Moreover, we provide career planning and career services, helping new immigrants overcome employment barriers and enter the local workforce. We focus on four areas: career guidance, community engagement, employment incubator, and employment skills training. Under this narrative, we offer a multitude of programs.
