This program provides youth with practical career readiness training through workshops facilitated by experienced professionals and adult mentors. Participants develop essential workplace and professional skills through sessions designed to support their future education and employment.

Founded in 2023, IgniteYouth Club welcomes youth volunteers aged 14 and above. The club empowers participants to take initiative and assume meaningful responsibilities in every program, fostering leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Through a diverse range of roles and hands-on experiences, volunteers develop practical skills that set  them up for success in their future endeavours.
